The SO-H5 is a fully automatic clamping vibration mixing machine for canned paint and liquid slurries. A clamping tray holds the container and shakes it continuously up and down and front to back, so the coating inside is thoroughly mixed in as little as 30 seconds.
It accepts 0.5-20 L bucket paint with a bucket height range of 80-410 mm and a maximum mixing weight of 35 KG, running at 680 vibrations per minute. The 410(H) x 365(L) x 365(W) mm pallet takes both round and square containers. Mixing time can be set to 60, 120, 180, 240, 300 or 360 seconds, with longer times customizable, and a safety interlock prevents the door from being opened while the machine is running.
High-speed thorough mixing: the container is shaken continuously up and down and front to back, so the paint can be evenly mixed in as little as 30 seconds.
Safety interlock: the door cannot be opened while the machine is running, protecting the operator.
Flexible timing: 60, 120, 180, 240, 300 and 360 second presets are built in, and longer times can be customized.
