Manual Color Dispensing for Water-based and Oil-based Color Pastes — 12 to 24 Colorants
The SO-T is a manual paint dispenser for water-based and oil-based color pastes. The colorant buckets sit in a rotating, indexed tray, and paste is metered by hand through dual pumps with dual scales, so the operator can dispense small amounts accurately when matching a color.
12, 14, 16 and 20-head models are available, with white, black or stainless steel paste cans, and the pigment buckets come in 2 L and 1.75 L. Maximum output is 60 ML (2 ounces / 2Y) and the minimum discharge is 1/192Y (about 0.14 ML) or 1/384Y (about 0.077-0.1 ML). The dual-pump switch valve uses a patented corrosion-resistant ceramic leak-proof structure (patent no. 200420045989.x), and rotating blades stir the paste continuously so it does not settle.
