
SORUDA SO-G20 is an explosion-proof can capping and filling machine for paint factories and coating producers that fill small and large cans on one line: a pneumatic weighing system delivers 1-30KG per cycle at 150-300 barrels per hour, with ±0.2% filling error. A PLC controller stores 30 filling presets, PTFE seals resist solvents and acids, and the attached pneumatic capper closes lids on containers up to Φ350 x H400 mm.

Explosion-proof construction: the complete system is manufactured to explosion-proof standards with an EXdiaIIBT4 rating, so it works safely in solvent, coating and ink environments.

The machine weighs from 1 to 30 KG per cycle with a minimum inductance of 1 g, 2 g, 5 g or 10 g, and holds a filling error of ±0.2% depending on the filling speed. Accuracy is at its best when the feed flow stays steady.
It handles both small-mouthed and open-mouthed barrels with a diameter up to Φ350 × H400 mm. The scale platform measures 400 × 400 mm and the temporary storage countertop is 400 × 1000 mm, so large and small cans run on the same station.
Output runs from 150 to 300 barrels per hour, depending on the feed flow rate and the filling weight per barrel. Filling is by bucket type, poured on the bucket mouth.
The complete system is built to explosion-proof standards with an EXdiaIIBT4 grade. All seals are PTFE, which resists solvents, acids and alkalis — important when filling solvent-based coatings and inks. Gun tip tubing is SUS304 stainless steel with PTFE, and 316L is optional.
The controller stores 30 sets of filling valve parameters. Operators simply recall the matching set when switching products, which cuts changeover time on multi-product filling lines.
The SO-G20 runs on AC220V / 50 Hz, needs a 0.4~0.8 MPa air supply through an 8 mm air pipe, and works in temperatures from -10 ℃ to 40 ℃. The structure is SUS304 stainless steel.
