SORUDA SO-F900 is a high viscosity automatic dispenser built for color paste, ink and thick paint producers: a circular valve arrangement gives high, medium, low speed and drop-addition control, reaching 0.03g batching accuracy on materials up to 100,000 cP. Up to 24 valves run from DN8 to DN40, optional dual electronic scales from 7kg to 1500kg cover precision, test and large-scale color matching on one machine, and a built-in constant temperature system keeps matching accurate as ambient temperature changes. It runs on 110V-230V at 0.5KW with a 0.6 MPa air supply.

What viscosity range can the SO-F900 handle?

It is engineered for high-viscosity materials up to 100,000 cP, including high viscosity color paste, industrial inks, thick paints and heavy-duty coatings. A built-in constant temperature system (optional) keeps color matching accurate at different ambient temperatures.

What batching accuracy does the SO-F900 reach?

Distribution accuracy goes up to 0.03g, with 0.1g and 1g versions available and different accuracies customizable. The circular valve arrangement controls the flow of each individual valve to deliver high, medium and low speed as well as drop addition.

How many valves and which sizes are available?

The machine takes up to 24 valves with valve specifications from DN8 to DN40 (optional), and pump specifications from DN18 to DN2 (optional). The modular design lets you match raw material barrels and pump body counts to your production needs.

What scale and container options are available?

Electronic scales from 7kg to 1500kg are optional, and dual electronic scales can be configured so one machine handles precise, experimental and large-scale color matching. The minimum container diameter to use is 100-250mm (optional).

How long does one dispensing cycle take?

Allocate time runs 2-3min/1kg, 3-5min/6-20kg, 6-8min/200kg and 20-30min/1500kg. The fully enclosed design protects raw materials from external contamination so the purity and quality of the paste or ink is maintained.
