High Precision Dual Piston Metering & Auto-Switching Nozzle System
SORUDA SO-T800 is an automatic paint dispenser for paint stores, coatings factories and industrial color matching: dual precision piston metering pumps (100 ml capacity) reach a 0.015 ml minimum injection volume and 900 ml/min single-pump flow, feeding 12, 14 or 16 × 2.3 L barrels. Adjustable PTFE sealing pads resist wear with solvent-based color pastes, while auto-switching large/small orifice nozzles and a timed reflow system prevent clogging between batches.

Auto-Switching Nozzles: Features "large and small hole discharge nozzle automatic switching technology" combined with precision dual piston pumps. This allows for flexible dispensing, achieving a minimum injection volume of 0.015ml (1/2000Y) or 0.01ml depending on the configuration.
High Viscosity Adaptability: Equipped with an intelligent multi-level correction design for metering pumps and adjustable piston lifting speeds. This ensures accurate dispensing even for high-viscosity color pastes.
Wear-Resistant PTFE Sealing: Adopts "adjustable and replaceable polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing pad" structure. It is highly resistant to wear, making it suitable for long-term use with solvent-based color pastes and ensuring low operating costs.
Anti-Clogging Reflux System: The discharge nozzle features "reflow and moisturizing" technology. The timed reflow and cleaning system prevents the nozzle from drying out, clogging, or the color paste from deteriorating.
Smart & Flexible Control: Optional Android, tablet, or cloud-based color matching systems are available to save PC costs. Pre-installed software reduces installation time, and it supports connection with various brand formula management software via FLINK files.
