SO-H96D is a fully automatic, explosion-proof gyroscopic mixer built for hazardous environments where conventional shaking is not safe. It handles loads up to 35 KG and mixes with a 720° bidirectional action, combining revolution and rotation at 50-100 RPM for large barrels, in buckets from 95mm to 480mm high and up to 385mm in diameter.
Because the drum is held by an automatic clamp and rotated rather than shaken, paints, solvents, inks and chemical slurries are homogenised quickly and without the heat, friction or degradation caused by high-speed agitation. The display angle is adjustable, and the control system recognises the container size and applies the matching pressure and speed automatically.
The explosion-proof version is supplied with a certified Ex control box. It carries a China explosion-proof certification (gas marking Ex db IIB T4 Gb, dust marking Ex tb IIIC T80°C Db, IP65, WF1) and ECM verification II 2G Ex db eb ib IIC T4 Gb. The complete machine measures 1110 x 810 x 1550 mm and weighs 328 KG net.

The SO-H96D is built in an explosion-proof configuration with a certified Ex control box, for use in hazardous gas and combustible dust atmospheres. Two sets of markings apply and are listed separately below: the China explosion-proof certification, and the ECM (EU) verification.

Ex db IIB T4 Gb: flameproof enclosure (db), equipment protection level Gb. Suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 gas atmospheres, group IIB gases such as ethylene, with a maximum surface temperature of 135°C or lower.
Ex tb IIIC T80°C Db: protection by enclosure (tb), equipment protection level Db. Suitable for Zone 21 and Zone 22 dust atmospheres, group IIIC conductive dust, with a maximum surface temperature of 80°C or lower.
IP65: dust-tight and protected against water jets.

To keep the explosion-proof integrity of the installation, the power supply side has to meet these minimum requirements:
The Ex control box rating must be no lower than the machine: at least Ex db IIB T4 Gb and Ex tb IIIC T80°C Db, or higher.
Ingress protection at least IP65; corrosion resistance class at least WF1.
Components, cable entries and conduit must hold a valid explosion-proof certificate, and the cable entry must match the gas or dust group.
The control box must use an interlocked Ex socket and plug, so that the contacts cannot be withdrawn while live and are de-energised once withdrawn.
Special fasteners must be used, marked "Do not open while energised" and "Do not disconnect while energised".
The installation must be reliably earthed, with the earth contact longer than the main contacts.
Certification scope: the explosion-proof certification covers only the equipment supplied by SORUDA. If the power supply side uses a standard non-Ex socket outlet, a non-Ex control box or a mismatched conduit, the explosion-proof integrity of the machine is void, and sparks or hot surfaces produced during plugging or operation may ignite an explosive gas or dust atmosphere. Modification and safety of the power supply side remain the responsibility of the customer.

It is an explosion-proof fully automatic rotary mixer for hazardous environments. It mixes loads up to 35 KG with a 720° bidirectional action, so volatile and flammable materials can be blended without the heat or friction that conventional shaking produces.
Maximum mixing weight is 35 KG. The mixer accepts round or square buckets with a height from 95mm to 480mm and a maximum diameter of 385mm.
Large barrels run from 50 to 100 RPM and small buckets from 50 to 150 RPM, both adjustable. The mixing time can be set from 20s to 600s, and longer times can be customized on request.
The pressure plate rotates 720 degrees in both forward and reverse directions, performing simultaneous revolution and rotation. Forward rotation, reverse rotation and single-direction hybrid modes are all selectable, and the time for bidirectional rotation can be set.
It runs on 110V or 210-230V ±10%, 50/60HZ, with an equipment power of 1100W / 750W.
