SORUDA SO-H91 is a fully automatic large sized vibration mixing machine for paint shops and coatings producers that need 5-100 L buckets homogenised fast. A clamping tray holds the container and shakes it continuously up, down, front and back, so the paint inside is evenly mixed in as little as 30 seconds at 200-680 vibrations per minute, up to a maximum mixing weight of 100 KG.
The tray takes containers from 80 mm to 800 mm high on an 850(H) x 500(L) x 500(W) mm pallet. Mixing time can be set to 60, 120, 180, 240, 300 or 360 seconds, with longer times customizable, and a safety interlock prevents the door from being opened while the machine is running. It runs on 110V 60Hz or 220V 50Hz (±10% voltage) with an equipment power of 2.2KW, and handles canned chemical coatings, canned food mixing and high-speed grinding of liquid slurries.
