SORUDA SO-G30 is an explosion-proof liquid filling machine for paint, ink and chemical plants that must fill flammable solvents safely: the whole system is built to EXdiaIIBT4 standard and handles 1–30 kg per fill with ±0.2% accuracy at 150–300 barrels/hour. A PLC controller, PTFE sealing system (solvent, acid and alkali resistant) and a 30-set recipe memory keep operation stable, while automatic empty-drum detection and an emergency stop button protect every filling cycle.
