SO-HT16D Main Unit — 16 color paste heads
The SO-HT16D is SORUDA's combined manual color dispenser and gyroscopic mixer, designed for tinting and mixing paints, inks and color pastes of low to medium viscosity. It is available with 12-head, 14-head, 16-head and 20-head color paste tanks and uses a dual-pump, dual-scale locking structure with a touch-screen LCD interface, so color dispensing and bucket mixing are done on a single machine.
The machine mixes at 720° forward and reverse, with orbital and axial rotation running simultaneously in both directions; plate pressure and mixing speed adjust automatically to the container size. A lockable safety door and an emergency stop switch ensure safe operation. It suits paint factories, tinting centers, paint retail outlets and laboratories.
Touch-screen LCD control: LCD touch-screen display with a selectable interface in 10 languages; the machine automatically shows its working status, keeps a history record and can be linked with other machines.
Intelligent container detection: Intelligently identifies the size of the barrel or container and applies the corresponding pressure and mixing speed.
Automatic fault alarm: Automatic fault alarm with prompts for quick troubleshooting, plus an automatic reset function.
Forward-sliding lower clamping plate: The lower clamping plate slides forward, making barrels easy to load and unload.
720° bidirectional mixing: The pressure plate mixes 720° forward and reverse, with orbital and axial rotation in both directions at the same time; the forward/reverse time is programmable.
Wide material range: Suitable for mixing canned chemical coatings, inks and liquid slurries of low to medium viscosity.

The SO-HT16D combines a dual-pump manual color dispenser with a gyroscopic paint mixer in one machine: it dispenses color paste accurately (max discharge volume 60 ml / 2 oz) and mixes cans with 720° planetary motion for consistent color in paint shops, laboratories and small-batch production.
It handles a maximum mixing weight of 35 kg, bucket heights of 95–410 mm and bucket diameters up to 320 mm, in round or square buckets. It is compatible with 12-head, 14-head, 16-head and 20-head color paste cans of 1.75 L or 2.3 L capacity.
The dual-pump design uses dual scales and a locking structure for reproducible accuracy. Minimum discharge volume is 1/192Y ≈ 0.14 ml and 1/384Y ≈ 0.077 ml, down to 0.1 ml, and the patented anti-corrosion ceramic anti-leak valve body (Patent No. 200420045989.X) prevents color paste leakage.
Large-bucket mixing speed is adjustable from 50–100 rpm and small-bucket speed from 50–150 rpm, with forward, reverse or single-direction modes. Mixing time is settable from 20 to 600 seconds (longer times available on customization), and parameters can be run in manual or automatic mode.
Power supply is 220 V / 50 Hz or 110 V / 60 Hz at 750 W. The 16-head machine measures 885 x 895 x 1115 mm, packs at 940 x 950 x 1800 mm, and weighs 230 kg net / 250 kg gross; the 16-head pallet adds 865 x 865 x 400 mm and 29 kg net / 52 kg gross.
