SORUDA SO-HT16D is a manual color dispensing gyroscopic paint mixer for paint shops, laboratories and small-batch production: it combines a dual-pump manual dispenser with 720° planetary mixing, handling up to 35 kg per batch with mixing times of 20–600 s and bucket heights of 95–410 mm. The SO-HT16D combines a dual-pump manual color dispenser with a gyroscopic paint mixer in one machine: it dispenses color paste accurately (max discharge volume 60 ml / 2 oz) and mixes cans with 720° planetary motion for consistent color in paint shops, laboratories and small-batch production.
It handles a maximum mixing weight of 35 kg, bucket heights of 95–410 mm and bucket diameters up to 320 mm, in round or square buckets. It is compatible with 12-head, 14-head, 16-head and 20-head color paste cans of 1.75 L or 2.3 L capacity.
The dual-pump design uses dual scales and a locking structure for reproducible accuracy. Minimum discharge volume is 1/192Y ≈ 0.14 ml and 1/384Y ≈ 0.077 ml, and the patented anti-corrosion ceramic anti-leak valve body (Patent No. 200420045989.x) prevents color paste leakage.
Large-bucket mixing speed is adjustable from 50–100 RPM and small-bucket speed from 50–150 RPM, with forward, reverse or single-direction modes. Mixing time is settable from 20 to 600 seconds (longer times available on customization), and parameters can be run in manual or automatic mode.
Power supply is 220V 50Hz or 110V 60Hz at 750W. The 16-head machine measures 885 (L) x 895 (W) x 1115 (H) mm, packs at 940 x 950 x 1800 mm, and weighs 230 kg net / 250 kg gross.
