SORUDA SO-G40 is an explosion-proof liquid filling machine built for coating, paint and resin producers that fill hazardous liquids: a weighing measurement method with a pneumatic diaphragm pump draws material straight from 200 L barrels, weighing up to 300 KG per batch at ±0.1% accuracy and 30-50 barrels per hour. It carries an EXdiaIIBT4 rating and runs on AC220V / 50 Hz with a 0.4~0.8 MPa air supply, eliminating the need for manual barrel handling. Depending on the working environment, pipe-through and explosion-proof types can be selected.

The machine weighs up to 300 KG per filling cycle with a minimum inductance of 10 g, 20 g or 100 g, and holds a filling error of ±0.1% depending on the filling speed. Accuracy is at its best when the feed flow stays steady.
It handles both small-mouthed and open-mouthed barrels with a diameter up to ≤ Φ600 × H900 mm, and draws material directly from 200 L barrels with a pneumatic diaphragm pump — so operators no longer lift drums by hand.
Output runs from 30 to 50 barrels per hour, depending on the feed flow rate and the filling weight per barrel. The material interface is a DN40 quick-installation tower joint, with a flange joint optional.
The complete system is manufactured to explosion-proof standards with an EXdiaIIBT4 grade, which is why it suits flammable and hazardous liquids such as solvent-based coatings, inks and resins. Standard, anti-corrosion and explosion-proof builds are available for different environments.
The SO-G40 runs on AC220V / 50 Hz, needs a 0.4~0.8 MPa air supply through an 8 mm air pipe, and works in temperatures from -10 ℃ to 40 ℃. The structure is SUS304 stainless steel and the gun tip tubing is SUS304 with PTFE, with 316L optional.
2 to 6 types of ingredient materials can be selected, using either self-flow or pump extraction. The human-machine interface sets weight and formula parameters, supports single-step operation or automatic linking of formula components, and the automatic sensing bucket completes sequential quantitative input with remote reporting and printing available.
