SORUDA SO-T700S is a fully automatic paint dispenser built for paint factories, tinting systems and industrial coating producers: a precision piston metering pump delivers a minimum injection volume of 0.01ML (1/3000Y), the finest setting on this platform, across 12, 14 or 16 color stations, with a single pump flow of 3L/min and a 250ML pump capacity. Color matching runs in sequence from 2.3L plastic or stainless steel paste buckets stirred at 25 rpm, and timed end reflux plus nozzle cleaning keep the discharge nozzles from clogging or drying. It runs on 110V 60Hz or 220V 50Hz (±10% voltage) at 100W and integrates with brand formula management software via FLINK files.

The SO-T700S reaches a minimum injection volume of 0.01ML (1/3000Y); the SO-T700 is the standard-precision version at 0.015ML (1/2000Y). Both share the same 12/14/16 color stations, 3L/min single pump flow, 250ML pump capacity and 25 rpm stirring, so choose by the smallest tinting amount you need to dispense.
It supports 12, 14 or 16 color stations (optional) using 2.3L plastic or stainless steel paste buckets, stirred at 25 rpm to keep the color paste uniform. Station counts are customizable to your catalogue size.
It uses a mature precision piston metering pump that needs no calibration, with a single pump flow of 3L/min, a single pump efficiency of 1L/min and a pump capacity of 250ML. Intelligent multi-level calibration and multi-level piston lift speed settings keep high-viscosity paste accurate.
A timed end reflux and nozzle cleaning function keeps the discharge nozzle from drying and blocking, and prevents the color paste from deteriorating during storage. Adjustable PTFE sealing pads resist wear, so the system can be used long-term with solvent-based pastes at low operating cost.
It runs on 110V 60Hz or 220V 50Hz (±10% voltage) with equipment power of 100W. Optional weight feedback is available with 1.5KG or 6KG electronic scales for gravimetric verification.
