High Precision Dual Piston Metering & Color Mixing Machine

Ultra-High Precision: Equipped with precision dual piston metering pumps and multi-channel high-precision valve cores. Achieves a minimum injection volume of 1/2000Y (0.015ml) for double pumps and 0.077ml for single pumps.
PTFE Sealing Technology: Adopts "adjustable and replaceable polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing pad" structure. It is wear-resistant and suitable for long-term use with solvent-based color pastes, ensuring low operating costs.
Automatic Nozzle Maintenance: Features "reflow and moisturizing" technology at the discharge nozzle end. The timed reflow and cleaning system prevents the nozzle from drying out, clogging, or the color paste from deteriorating.
Flexible Configuration: Supports 12 to 24 color paste barrels (plastic or stainless steel). Optional Android/Tablet/Cloud control systems are available to save PC costs.
Smart Compatibility: Compatible with various color matching systems and paint manufacturers via FLINK file connection. Includes intelligent multi-level correction design for high-viscosity pastes.
