SORUDA SO-T600 is an automatic paint dispenser for paint stores, coatings factories and industrial color matching: precision dual piston metering pumps (100 ml capacity) with multi-channel high-precision valve cores reach a 0.015 ml minimum injection and 900 ml/min single-pump flow, fed from 12 to 24 × 2.3 L or 4 L barrels. Adjustable PTFE sealing pads resist wear with solvent-based color pastes, while automatic reflow and moisturizing nozzles prevent clogging between batches.
Ultra-High Precision: Equipped with precision dual piston metering pumps and multi-channel high-precision valve cores. Achieves a minimum injection volume of 1/2000Y (0.015ml) for double pumps and 0.077ml for single pumps.
PTFE Sealing Technology: Adopts "adjustable and replaceable polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing pad" structure. It is wear-resistant and suitable for long-term use with solvent-based color pastes, ensuring low operating costs.
Automatic Nozzle Maintenance: Features "reflow and moisturizing" technology at the discharge nozzle end. The timed reflow and cleaning system prevents the nozzle from drying out, clogging, or the color paste from deteriorating.
Flexible Configuration: Supports 12 to 24 color paste barrels (plastic or stainless steel). Optional Android/Tablet/Cloud control systems are available to save PC costs.
