SORUDA SO-A88 is a PLC-controlled automatic paint shaker built for paint shops, coating plants and ink producers: continuous multi-directional vibration (up, down, forward, back) mixes a can evenly in as fast as 30 seconds at 680 vibrations per minute. It handles 0.5L to 20L buckets up to 35KG with a bucket height range of 80-410mm, and PLC microcomputer control automatically detects and clamps each container so no operator adjustment is needed. Preset timers run 60 to 360 seconds, and the separated design keeps noise low with 1100W/750W power on 210-230V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz supplies.

It mixes 0.5L to 20L barreled paint and similar containers up to a maximum mixing weight of 35KG, with a barrel height range of 80-410mm and a pallet capacity of 410(H) x 365(L) x 365(W) mm.
High-speed multi-directional vibration mixes the paint evenly in as fast as 30 seconds, running continuously up and down, front and back at 680 vibrations per minute. The continuous motion prevents pigment sedimentation so the coating stays uniform.
Preset timers are 60s, 120s, 180s, 240s, 300s and 360s, and longer durations can be customized. Because the clamp cycle is automatic, an operator can load several cans while earlier ones are still mixing.
PLC microcomputer control automatically detects and senses the container, adjusts the height and clamps the product. Clamping force adapts to the container size so cans of different diameters are held securely without being damaged.
