Preparation before operation

Check the lubrication condition of the equipment, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease to the parts that need lubrication according to the lubrication chart or instructions, and ensure the flexible operation of the equipment.

Work environment inspection: Ensure that the mixer is placed on a stable, sturdy, dry, and well ventilated tabletop, with no flammable or explosive materials around, no strong magnetic field interference, and that the environmental temperature and humidity meet the equipment requirements.

Precautions during operation

Standardized operation: Strictly follow the operating procedures in the manual, set equipment parameters according to requirements, and ensure the reasonable operation of each equipment module. It is strictly prohibited to insert hands or objects into the interior of the equipment during operation to avoid accidental injury.

Sample placement: Place the material or container to be mixed in the designated position of the mixer, ensuring a smooth and centered placement to avoid movement or tipping during the mixing process. For mixers with clamping devices, the clamping position and tightness should be adjusted properly, neither too tightly damaging the container nor too loosely causing the container to loosen.

Start up operation: First turn on the main power switch of the machine, and then perform debugging operations. After starting, observe the operation of the equipment. If there are any abnormal noises, vibrations, overheating, etc., stop the machine immediately for inspection.

Monitoring adjustment: During the mixing process, it is necessary to regularly observe the mixing condition of the sample to ensure that there are no clumping, precipitation, or layering phenomena. According to the actual situation, if poor mixing effect is found, parameters such as speed and time can be adjusted as needed, but the adjustment range should be within the allowable range of the equipment.

Post operation processing

Turn off power: After mixing is complete, turn off the operating power of the mixer first, and then turn off the main power switch after the equipment has completely stopped running.

Cleaning equipment: Clean the mixer and containers in a timely manner to remove residues and dirt. Use appropriate cleaning tools and cleaning agents for cleaning, but be careful not to let the cleaning agents flow into the interior of the equipment to prevent damage to electrical components.

Fill in records: Fill in the "Instrument and Equipment Usage Record Form" to record information such as equipment usage time, mixed materials, parameter settings, and operation status for traceability and management.

Dip a soft cloth in an appropriate amount of neutral cleaner and wipe the surface, rollers, vibration head, foot pads, and other parts of the equipment to remove stains and dust. Component inspection: Regularly check whether the power cord, rollers, vibration head, foot pads, fixtures and other components of the mixer are damaged or loose. If necessary, they should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner. Check if the fasteners of the equipment are loose, and tighten them promptly if they are loose.

Lubrication maintenance: According to the equipment manual, regularly lubricate the moving parts of the mixer, such as bearings, gears, screws, etc. When adding lubricating oil or grease, attention should be paid to selecting the appropriate oil and filling amount, avoiding too much or too little.

Annual maintenance: Personnel conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the overall performance of the mixer once a year, including comprehensive testing and evaluation of the equipment's mechanical performance, electrical performance, mixing effect, etc. Make necessary adjustments and calibrations to the equipment to ensure that its performance indicators meet the requirements. Long term disuse maintenance

Clean storage: If the mixture is not used for a long time, it should be thoroughly cleaned and maintained to remove dust, dirt, and moisture from inside and outside the equipment. Then, it should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and non corrosive gas environment, and the equipment accessories should be properly stored together.

Regular power on: For mixers that have been out of use for a long time, it is recommended to power them on regularly for at least 20-30 minutes each time to keep the entire machine dry and maintain the performance of electronic components.
