How to extend the service life of a fully automatic computer color mixing machine?

1、 Daily maintenance

（1） Daily maintenance

Maintain the fluidity of the color paste: After going to work every day, pull the handle up and down three times one by one to keep the color paste in the measuring cylinder and guide tube flowing with the color paste in the color paste bucket, so as to avoid blockage.

Cleaning the paint nozzle: Clean the paint nozzle of the color paste bucket with a soft cloth or cotton ball dipped in water or corresponding thinner every day to keep it clean and unobstructed.

Operate valve wrench: Use valve wrench 5 times a day. Frequent use and operation can keep the valve in good working condition to prevent the color paste from drying up in the valve and making it difficult to rotate the valve.

Check the total amount of color paste: Check the total amount of color paste in the color paste bucket every day and add color paste in a timely manner. If there is too little color paste in the bucket and the liquid level is lower than the feeding port, when the handle is pulled upwards, air will enter the measuring cylinder, thereby affecting the accuracy of color matching.

（2） Weekly maintenance

Check the fixing condition of the color paste bucket: Check if the color paste bucket is loose. If it is loose, tighten the screws of the fixed color paste bucket.

Check the scale of the ruler: Check if the scale of the ruler is damaged or stained by the color paste. Identify the cause of the damaged scale, solve the problem, and ensure that the new ruler is no longer damaged.

2、 Regular maintenance

（1） Monthly maintenance

Check the fixing seat: Check if the fixing seat is loose. If the fixing seat is loose, press it down to the bottom and use a hex wrench to symmetrically tighten the two fastening screws at the front and rear of the fixing seat by the same number of turns. Do not apply too much force and use anti slip screws.

Check blade rotation: During the mixing process, open the lid of the color paste bucket and check if the blades are rotating normally. If the blades cannot rotate normally, the color paste cannot be stirred and must be repaired.

Cleaning the paint nozzle: Turn the valve wrench and pull down the paint nozzle to remove it, then use a fine cotton ball dipped in water or corresponding thinner to clean the paint nozzle. After completion, turn the valve wrench to reinstall the paint nozzle in its original position.

（2） Annual maintenance

After long-term use, the color paste will adhere to the inner surfaces of the measuring cylinder and the color paste barrel, resulting in increased piston resistance and measurement errors. A small amount of color paste adhesion is allowed. But if the adhesion amount is too large or the measurement exceeds the tolerance and the piston movement is difficult, it is necessary to clean the color paste bucket and measuring cylinder.

3、 Other maintenance measures

（1） Equipment power on and mixing

If conditions permit, the color mixing machine should be turned on 24 hours a day to ensure timed mixing of the color paste and prevent sedimentation.

After going to work every day, the color mixing machine should be initialized or cleaned to remove a small amount of color paste from the ink port and clean the water tank to avoid clogging of the ink nozzle and affecting the accuracy of color mixing.

（2） Regular inspection and cleaning

Regularly check the amount of color paste in the color mixing machine and replenish it in a timely manner to prevent the occurrence of empty color paste or the drying and peeling of color paste on the pipe wall, which may affect color mixing.

Lubricate the lead screw and guide column with oil every three months. If not used for a long time (two weeks), each nozzle should be cleaned before use.

（3） Maintenance when not in use for a long time

If the color mixing machine is not used for a long time, it is recommended to seal the ink tank with protective film or plastic paper to prevent dust from accumulating on the color mixing machine and ink tank.

If the discharge nozzle is blocked, you can open the can, remove the nozzle, wash it with clean water, use a toothpick or a tool finer than the discharge nozzle to unclog the color paste nozzle, and then install it.

（4） Equipment calibration and software maintenance

Regularly calibrate the color mixing machine to ensure its measurement and control accuracy. When calibrating, the influence of environmental factors such as temperature and humidity should be considered to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the color mixer in various environments.

The software system of the color mixer should be regularly updated to obtain new features and performance improvements, while ensuring software stability and compatibility.

（5） Environmental Control and Management

In the usage environment of the color mixing machine, try to maintain stable temperature, humidity, and lighting conditions to avoid adverse effects of environmental factors on color accuracy.

For some color matching tasks that require high environmental standards, it can be considered to perform them in a constant temperature, humidity, and dust-free environment to improve the accuracy and stability of color matching.
