3、 Workflow

Raw material preparation and pressure control: The raw material ratio pressure control device controls the air pressure inside the pigment bottle to be greater than atmospheric pressure, providing power for the transportation of pigments.


Pigment transportation and filling: According to the generated formula, the raw material ratio valve control device controls the conduction time of the corresponding conveying pipeline for each pigment bottle, so that the corresponding pigment is transported through the pipeline to the raw material filling nozzle device under air pressure, and then filled into the product storage container.


Real time weighing and feedback control: During the pigment filling process, the weighing device measures the weight of the product container in real time and feeds back the data to the computer processing system. The computer calculates the actual amount of each color ingredient based on this data and matches it with the formula data to ensure the accuracy of color matching.


Quality inspection and exception handling: If the actual filling amount matches the formula data and is within the allowable deviation range, the product color matching is successful; If it exceeds the deviation range, it is judged as abnormal color matching, and the system will issue an alarm or automatically make adjustments.
